Hana Brittenham

President

Hana Brittenham is a senior at Collierville High School and will graduate in 2026. She aspires to study law on a political science or english track for her undergraduate degree, with hopes of eventually becoming a corporate lawyer. Hana plays on the Varsity Lady Dragons Lacrosse Team as an attack and is involved in various other organizations in school such as Student Government Association, Cum Laude, Beta Club, National Honors Society, NTHS, Science National Honors Society and more. In her free time, she loves spending time with her friends, reading, playing pickleball, and traveling. Involved since her freshman year, Hana cannot wait to lead Hands2Hearts to success and help make an impact towards supporting those impacted by congenital heart defects in the Memphis Metropolitan area. 

Minal Qadeem

Vice President

Minal is a senior at Collierville High School who will graduate in 2026. In school, she is part of many organizations and clubs such as Student Government Association, Science National Honors Society, Technical Honors Society, National Beta Club, and more. After high school, she plans on majoring in molecular biology on a pre med track, where she hopes to become a dermatologist or cardiologist. She also shadows/volunteers at Pediatrics East, St. Francis Clinic, and Baptist Hospice House. In her free time, she enjoys playing pickleball, going to the gym, shopping, and hanging out with friends. She hopes to make an impact in the medical field and help support and raise funds for those with congenital heart disease.

Blake Bryson

Chief Operating Officer

Blake Bryson is a senior at Collierville High School and will graduate in 2026. After high school, he intends to pursue a math or science-oriented field in college. He is a member of various clubs, such as NHS, NSHS, Beta Club, Mu Alpha Theta, Dragon Aviation Club, and even founder of his own, the Military Career Exploration Club. With the proud ideal of leadership, he serves as a Head Lifeguard and entrepreneur of his own lawn-keeping business in the local area. He serves the community both in and out of school as a member of Key Club and a volunteer for the Collierville Library, as well as many other local organizations, dedicated to making a difference and helping others. He is excited to hold a position in the Hands2Hearts board and make a definite impact on those with Congenital Heart Defects.

Srivarshini Balachandran

Webmaster

​​Srivarshini (Sri) Balachandran is a junior at Collierville High School opting to go into either Aerospace or Biomedical Engineering. At CHS, she’s in the Culture-Fest production committee, involved in a couple of merit societies, and apart of the Aviation Program. In her free time, Sri likes to game, play bass, draw, read, go to Taco Bell, and volunteer at the Collierville Library. She is looking forward to paving a positive change in the community and has high hopes for what the Hands2Hearts board will accomplish this year.

Ramya Senthil

Treasury Secretary

Ramya is currently a senior at Collierville High School and plans to major in biology in college. She is involved in National Beta Club, Cum Laude Society, the Freshman Mentor Program, the MSTS Youth Team, and several other honor societies. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling across the country, and trying different foods. Ramya is excited to be part of the School Program Board and looks forward to all the amazing things the team will accomplish this year!

Tammana Moosani

Secretary

Tamanna Moosani is a sophomore at Collierville High School who will graduate in 2028. At CHS, Tamanna serves as the Event Coordinator of the Asian American and Pacific Islanders Club while being a part of various other clubs, including Pre-Med, Model UN, and Operation Smile. After high school, she aspires to pursue a pre-med track with the goal of specializing in both cardiology and pediatrics. Additionally, she serves as the lead teacher in an Early Childhood Development program at her community center, focusing on the academic and emotional growth of children aged 3 to 6. In her free time, Tamanna enjoys doing jigsaw puzzles, traveling, professional Indian classical dancing, as well as spending time with her friends and family. Tamanna joined Hands2Hearts to pursue her passion for helping others by raising awareness and supporting children with heart afflictions. She is eager to collaborate with the board as the School Board Secretary to make a significant impact on those affected by congenital heart defects in the Memphis area.

Sarah Jenny

Program Coordinator

Sarah is a junior at Collierville High School and will graduate in 2027. She is passionate about working in healthcare and contributing to the community through acts of service. Sarah is looking forward to forming new ideas to help make a change through Hands2Hearts, as a program coordinator. She is an active member of the Collierville High School Lady Dragons Lacrosse Team as a defender. Additionally, in the future she wants to pursue being a Physician Assistant as her career. Sarah is also involved in many CHS clubs such as Freshmen Mentor Program, Beta Club, and Asian American Pacific Islander club to name a few. In Sarah’s free time she likes to spend time with family, hangout with friends, and travel! Finally, She is excited to make an impact this upcoming year on not only her school but, her community by creating awareness to the children that have congenital heart diseases.

Annie Le

Social Media Coordinator

Annie is a junior at Collierville High School and will graduate in 2027. She plans to major in biology on a pre-dental track. She is involved in several organizations, including Beta Club, SGA, and the lacrosse team. Outside of school, Annie enjoys spending time with friends, shopping, playing pickleball, and going out to eat. She is passionate about volunteering in her community and has been a member of Hands2Hearts since her freshman year. Annie is excited to be part of the CHS Board and looks forward to making a meaningful difference.
