Gautham Nair

Chief Executive Officer

Gautham Nair, a Memphis native, is the founder and CEO of Hands to Hearts, a nonprofit that raises money for children battling heart disease. He graduated from Collierville High School in 2020; he was President of the Freshman Mentor Program and a member of both the National Honor Society and Key Club. Outside of school, he competed in men’s league soccer. Gautham is also a second-degree black belt and an Eagle Scout. In his free time, he enjoys yoga, park walks, the gym, and volunteering at Church Health and the Baptist Hospice House. At Rhodes College, Gautham majored in Neuroscience and minored in Religious Studies. Gautham aspires to attend medical school and advance public health education after graduation.

Sarah Jenny

President

Sarah is a Senior at Collierville High School and will graduate in 2027. She is passionate about working in healthcare and contributing to the community through acts of service. Having been a member of Hands to Hearts since her freshman year, Sarah is looking forward to making a change by leading new projects, as the President of the Outreach Board! Additionally, in the future she wants to pursue a career in healthcare as a Nurse Practitioner. She is an active member of the Collierville High School Lady Dragons Lacrosse Team as a defender. Sarah is also involved in many CHS clubs such as NHS, NSHS, Key Club, Freshmen Mentor Program, and Beta Club to name a few. In Sarah’s free time, she likes to spend time with family, hangout with friends, and travel! Finally, she is excited to continue making a big impact on the greater Memphis area this upcoming year by bringing awareness to the children with Congenital Heart defects at Le Bonheur!

Samhita Jenny

Vice President

Samhita is a senior at Collierville High School and will graduate in 2027. She is a part of many organizations at CHS such as Memphis Medical Mission, SMOA, Neuroshine, National Honors Society, National Beta Club, etc. She serves outside of school too, holding leadership positions in Brain2heart Memphis and St. Jude Leadership Society. In her free time, Samhita enjoys playing piano, playing pickleball, traveling, and spending time with her friends. After high school, she plans to major in biochemistry on the pre-med track. She loves volunteering at hospitals and shadowing under doctors to find her passion. Samhita is incredibly excited to work alongside the board to help make an impact toward supporting those impacted by Congenital Heart Defects.

Sachi Moale

Secretary

Sachi is a sophomore at Collierville High School with a strong interest in medicine and plans to pursue a career in neurosurgery. Her interest in healthcare has grown through experiences such as shadowing in the Neuro ICU, where she was able to see firsthand the work that goes into caring for patients with serious neurological conditions. She is also CPR and Stop the Bleed certified and has been involved in different service and health-related opportunities throughout high school. Through Hands2Hearts, Sachi hopes to help spread awareness about congenital heart disease and support the organization’s work in the Memphis community. As secretary, she is excited to stay involved behind the scenes, help keep the organization organized, and contribute to making an impact for those affected by congenital heart disease.

Shriya Mandalapu

Program Coordinator

Shriya is a junior at Collierville High School, Class of 2028. She is involved in DECA as Social Media Manager, FBLA, and Forensics and Debate. She also is the publicist of 901 Law Review and is Joint Vice President of the Telugu Association of Memphis Youth Committee. Outside of school, she teaches taekwondo at Collierville Taekwondo as a second‑degree black belt and dedicated instructor. As program coordinator of Hands 2 Hearts, Shriya is excited to help organize meaningful volunteer initiatives, and raise funding and awareness for congenital heart disease!

Kiara Sable

Social Media

Kiara is a sophomore at Collierville High School and will graduate in 2029. She is interested in marketing and business management, while also being passionate about spreading awareness for issues. At CHS, she is actively involved in organizations such as DECA and Project Uplift while also being the Social Media Manager of FBLA. She is also part of the CHS tennis team and enjoys coaching young kids. In her free time, she loves playing tennis or pickleball, hanging out with friends, and traveling! She is super excited to be a part of Hands to Hearts and make a difference in her school and community!

Divyanshu Tarlada

Chief Operating Officer

Divyanshu (Divy) is a junior at Collierville High School set to graduate in 2028. At CHS, he is involved in various clubs, including HOSA (serving as Treasurer), DECA, Little Lifelines, National Beta Club, Freshman Mentor Program (FMP), and National Honor Society. With a passion for community service, he co-founded the Tennessee chapter of Colors4Change, a nonprofit organization dedicated to giving recycled art supplies to underserved communities serving as the Chief Operations Officer. He is deeply interested in the field of science where he has done statistical work with a Professor at the University of Memphis. In the future, he wishes to pursue the pre-med track majoring in Biology or Public Health with a minor in Finance. In his free time, he enjoys going out with his friends, playing pickleball, shopping and just having a great time. He is excited to serve as the Chief Operating Officer for the Outreach Team and can’t wait to support those with Congenital Heart Defects within the Greater Memphis Area!

Aarush Nibbaragandla

Treasurer

Aarush Nibbaragandla is a student at Collierville High School. At CHS, he is involved in FBLA, Operation Smile, and the National Honor Society. Outside of school, he plays pickleball and golf, and is a third-degree black belt in karate. As Treasurer of Hands to Hearts, he is excited to manage club finances, organize fundraising, and help raise awareness for congenital heart disease.

Parth Srivastava

Chief Marketing Officer

Parth serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Hands to Heart and is passionate about making a real difference while following his curiosity for how things work. Whether he’s building projects as President of the Engineering Club, connecting with others through Key Club, or exploring new ideas in FLA and Science Olympiad, he loves bringing people together around a shared goal. Looking ahead to a career in engineering, he brings that same creative, problem‑solving spirit to Hands to Heart to help the mission reach and inspire as many people as possible.

Parthip Dileep

Chief Financial Officer

Parthip Dileep is a senior at Collierville High School who enjoys staying involved in his school and community. He is involved in DECA, FBLA, and the Freshman Mentor Program, where he has developed his interests in leadership and business. Parthip plans to study economics and finance in college and is especially interested in financial markets and investing. Outside of school, he enjoys listening to music, keeping up with the stock market, and spending time with friends. He is excited to be part of Hands to Heart and hopes to make a meaningful impact through the organization and within his community.

Nazifa Binte Yasin

Nazifa Yasin is a junior at Collierville High School, Class of 2028, and hopes to pursue a future in the healthcare field. She is involved in HOSA, where she participates in health education, service projects, and chapter activities. Nazifa is also active in Pre‑Med Club, AAPI, SASA, NHS, NTHS, and Key Club, contributing to community service and student initiatives across campus. Nazifa is passionate about creating positive change and connecting with her community through meaningful service. Outside of school, she enjoys creating art, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Nazifa is excited to be part of Hands2Hearts and hopes to make a meaningful impact on children in the Memphis area affected by congenital heart disease.
