We are looking for students to help us with our research based blogs. Students will receive three (or more) service hours upon completion of writing a blog for us. Our previous blog topics have ranged from Shaun White’s heart disease to how excess sodium can affect us. Our upcoming topics are even more diverse!

Applicants can share their vision, strengths, and commitment to service as they apply for roles that shape programming, outreach, and community impact.

Medical Professional Panels
Our Medical Professional Panels offered students a meaningful opportunity to learn directly from experts across the healthcare field. The event strengthened our club’s mission to provide impactful learning experiences and helped students connect their interests with real-world guidance from professionals.



Medical Supply Drive
Hands to Hearts recently hosted a successful Medical Supply Drive, bringing our school community together to support Memphis Church Health. Through generous donations, we collected essential medical supplies and assembled care packages for individuals in need.


Go Jim Go Week
Go Jim Go Week was a spirited and meaningful celebration of service, bringing our school community together to support Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. Throughout the week, students participated in themed activities, awareness efforts, and fundraising that highlighted compassion and collective action.

Pickleball Tournament
The School Pickleball Tournament was a lively and engaging event that brought students together for friendly competition and community connection. With enthusiastic teams, supportive crowds, and plenty of spirited rallies, the tournament created a fun atmosphere and strengthened our club’s commitment to hosting engaging community events that bring people together.



GO JIM GO! FUNDRAISER

PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT
Hands to Hearts hosted our first ever pickleball tournament on August 31, 2024. This day was filled with games, concessions, and fun! Winners received prizes from Cville Social, Mojo Nutrition, and Buff City Soap.

5K RUN
Hands to Hearts hosted our second successful 5k run on April 27, 2024 at the W.C. Johnson Park!
SUMMER FIELD DAY
Hands To Hearts hosted our very own Spikeball tournament!- Register with 2 players per team or sign up to be paired randomly. Winners will receive prizes from Dragonfire Nutrition and a chance at a $100 gift card sponsored by You Had Me @ Boba. Register through Fwango’s system to secure your spot!
Entry Fee: $10 (per player), $15 after July 22nd

VALENTINE’S DAY BAKE SALE
This event had taken place from February 11th – 12th, 2023 across the Memphis area. This consisted of a dozen assorted cookies that would be delivered to a friend or special someone.
Cookie Fee: $15.00 for a dozen assorted cookies with the option to write a personalized note

5K RED RUN
This event had taken place on September 24th, 2022 at the W.C. Johnson Park and consisted of a 5k track where runners raced through the last of the summer heat for the chance for the top prize, two gift cards from Fleet Feet.
Entry Fee: $15.00 for regular admission, $10.00 for children 10 years and under








TENNIS TOURNAMENT
This event consisted of a Round-Robin-styled Tennis tournament on July 31st. This was one of the first events hosted and the start to our fundraising success!
